Here is Srila Prabhupada's Answer, Mahavidya!

Again in 1977: When establishing the Bhaktivedanta Swami Charity trust in his final days Srila Prabhupada names two of his Godbrothers as trustees, Srila Madhusudhana Maharaja and Srila Madhava Maharaja. After reading the list to the devotees along with the plans for refurbishing some of the Gaudiya Matha buildings the following conversation occurs:

Prabhupada: How do you think the idea?
Jayapataka: All of your ideas, Srila Prabhupada, are perfect. I am not someone to offer opinion. But if you ask, I think that actually, especially the yoga-pitha, natha-mandira, that's a very dynamic idea, and in general it must do good.
Prabhupada: We want cooperation.
Tamala Krsna: No more non-cooperation.

So Srila Prabhupada is emphasizing cooperation amongst both parties. Srila Prabhupada directly ordered me and Srila Gaur Govinda Maharaja in October of 1977 to preach conjointly with his god brother Srila Bhaktivaibhava Puri Maharaja in Orissa, which we did. He also informed and instructed Srila Narayana Maharaja in October of 1977 to foster a co-operative preaching effort between ISKCON and the Gaudiya Mathas and that Srila Narayana Maharaja himself should instruct Srila Prabhupada’s disciples and Srila Prabhupada’s Godbrothers in the matter.

In the tape recording of Srila Prabhupada discussing in Hindi with Srila Narayana Maharaja He directly asks forgiveness from his Godbrothers:

Srila Prabhupada: "While preaching, many times we say things contrary to each other, or we cut each other's philosophical arguments. That happens. Please ask my Godbrothers to forgive my offenses." It is not difficult to hear the remorse, forgiveness and love in Srila Prabhupada’s voice; Srila Prabhupada was genuinely sorry for his speaking so harshly, not because He had made a mistake in doing so, but because he wanted to set the example that it was not proper in general and for us in particular to speak contentiously and, for us, offensively about his Godbrothers.

Then Srila Prabhupada says: Prabhupada [Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur] had a desire to preach all over the world in Europe, America and so on. I tried my best to fulfill his desire. Now we should preach together. We have got experience that if we endeavor collectively, there is great possibility to spread the mission of Mahaprabhu, everywhere in the world. I have contributed to this end to the best of my ability.

Later in the conversation the following exchange takes place:
Srila Narayana Maharaja: You have done a wonderful thing. It is necessary to care for and preserve this mission, and to see that it is managed skillfully.
Srila Prabhupada: Kindly instruct them in this matter. I'm unable to speak.

So to sum up the points Srila Prabhupada makes the following statements in 1977 about his godbrothers and our relationship with them two years after the letter that Mahavidya is saying we should follow as his final instructions on the matter of his godbrothers:

1) "Thank you. Excuse my offenses-all Godbrothers."
2) Prabhupada: We want cooperation.
3) to preach conjointly with his god brother Srila Bhaktivaibhava Puri Maharaja in Orissa,
4) Please ask my Godbrothers to forgive my offenses.
5) Now we should preach together
6) Kindly instruct them in this matter. I'm unable to speak.

“Oh for that day when the fortunate English, French, Russian, German, and American people will take up banners, mrdangas, and kartalas and raise kirtana through their streets and towns. When will that day come? Oh for the day when the fair skinned men from their side will raise up the chanting of ‘jaya sacinandana, jaya sacinandana, kijaya’ and join with the Bengali devotees. When will that day be?” “On such a day they will say, “Our dear Brothers, we have taken shelter of the ocean of Lord Caitanya’s Love; kindly embrace us”. “that day will witness the holy transcendental ecstasy of the Vaisnava dharma to be the only dharma, and all sects and religions will flow like rivers into the ocean of Vaisnava dharma. Oh when will that day come?” “Oh when will that day come, when pure and transcendental Vaisnava prema will be the only religion of all souls and all tiny sectarian religions will meet in the unlimited and universal religion of Vaisnavism as rivers merge into the great ocean? O when will that day come?

SRILA PRABHUPADA LEFT THIS FOR ISKCON AND THE GAUDIYA MATHA TO FINISH CONJOINTLY.

But if all the Gaudiya Vaishnavas cannot “flow like rivers into the ocean of Vaisnava Prema” then how in the Lord’s name can we expect that all the other “sects and religions of the world will flow like rivers into the ocean of Vaisnava Prema” we the Gaudiya Vaishnavas must first set the example!

Unless and until all of the Gaudiya Vaishnavas come to this platform of unalloyed pure devotional service and join together to fulfill the unfinished work of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura, Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, and his Godbrothers. Unless we stop bickering, and fighting amongst ourselves, become purified and work together for the common good then we will never see this final prediction of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura fulfilled in our lifetime. It is my humble opinion that if we as Srila Prabhupada’s disciples cannot take his final instructions in the matter of preaching cooperatively with his Godbrothers to fulfill the mission of Lord Caitanya and the instructions of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura and Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura then we have failed to serve Srila Prabhupada to his full satisfaction and ISKCON and the Gaudiya Matha will remain unsuccessful in their preaching work until they embrace the desires of the previous acharya’s in a mood of pure unalloyed devotional service.

Some of you may not believe that this will come true. Some of you may believe in a sectarian way that it can only come true with a united ISKCON in its original form with Srila Prabhupada as the sole authority and all other organizations under it. Others of you may have so many variations of this idea in relation to your sectarian vision. Here is what Srila Saraswati Thakura had to say about this prediction from the article he wrote in the Harmonist Magazine called “Thakura Bhaktivinoda”:

“Thakura Bhaktivinode has predicted the consummation of religious unity of the world by the appearance of the only universal church which bears the eternal designation of the Brahma Sampradaya. He has given mankind the blessed assurance that all Theistic churches will shortly merge in the one eternal spiritual community by the grace of the Supreme Lord Shree Krishna Chaitanya. The spiritual community is not circumscribed by the conditions of time and space, race and nationality. Mankind had been looking forward to this far-off Divine Event through the Long Ages. Thakura Bhaktivinode has made the conception available in its practicable spiritual form to the open minded empiricist who is prepared to undergo the process of enlightenment. The key stone of the Arch has been laid which will afford the needed shelter to all awakened animation under its ample encircling arms. Those who would thoughtlessly allow their hollow pride of race, pseudo-knowledge or pseudo-virtue to stand in the way of this long hoped for consummation, would have to thank only themselves for not being incorporated in the spiritual society of all pure souls.”

So we see here that Srila Saraswati Thakura has called the future world religion the Brahma Sampradaya after Lord Brahma the first person in the universe. He is not calling it Gaudiya Matha or any other thing just Brahma Sampradaya, The original spiritual flow in this universe from the original spiritual person to the original living entity in the universe to us. The Brahma Sampradaya this is the universal church of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura and Srila Saraswati Thakura and Srila Prabhupada and his God Brothers. Now if any so called devotee wants to allow his/her hollow pride of race, pseudo-knowledge or pseudo-virtue to stand in the way of this long hoped for consummation, then he/she would have to thank only themselves for not being incorporated in the spiritual society of all pure souls.

If any devotee believes that Srila Prabhupada does not believe in these prophesies of his own spiritual master and grand spiritual master and their non-sectarian instructions then I feel extremely sorry for you and I pray that you will soon be blessed to understand the import of these instructions and predictions and will be able to participate in their fulfillment.
